The Newpark Hotel
Themed wedding printed collateral

I worked with The Newpark Hotel on weekly table plans
for weddings. One of their guests asked if it were possible
to have a theme on their special day.

The hotel came to me for not only the usual table plan,
which needed to be edited each week, but to create custom
printed material for each step of the ceremony and reception.​​​​​​​
What I Delivered
Table plan, welcome letter, order of service booklet, drinks reception cards, canape cards, table numbers, dinner menu

Brief
Create different printed material for a Lord of the Rings themed wedding.
Approach
I researched famous characters and events from the story. They would have to be well-known enough to be a relatable reference and also match up with the usage and location of the printed material on the day. Through communication with the Client, I found out the most important thing to the bride and groom was the overall aesthetic of a high-fantasy medieval period.
